They could find nothing wrong!
There is very slight swelling so we treat as a soft tissue injury. No skin breaks, X-ray showed nothing. I have the medication here so we use it and see how she does. Just glad it's not broken!
I stopped by the corner store on my way home... The little black cat that the owner has been feeding is still there. The owner, Mo, told me someone had taken him and then brought him back 2 days later. He was "too affectionate". My heart died. I still told myself NO. Then we saw a guy try to chase him off! Mo yelled at them to leave him alone and told me people are always trying to shoo him away...
So here is baby Mo! He will get all tests and shots on Tuesday when I take Mickey.
I had to. I think he's one of the black kittens from the abandoned house, Simon's brother. I have him set up in the extra kennel. I'll worry about neuter later. For now he's safe, warm, and not being harassed by heartless people. Black cats in this neighborhood don't make it long and he's so friendly I just picked him up and put him in the carrier.
Please help however you can. I've been saying "no" for several months but this time I had to say yes. Any amount helps. Rescues can't be picky and they only survive with donations.
One more throw away saved.
Thank you for anything you can do!
