I wish I had great news.
Mickey's labs are still not OK for observation.
In fact she's going to be on pills for 30 days at least. I need to raise $320 to order. She will continue on shots until I can get them so the vial I purchased won't go to waste.
I really wanted to celebrate today but I knew there was a chance that she wouldn't be cleared. This is the reality of FIP treatment. Every cat is different. I'm sad that it continues. I'm mad that FIP exists! And I'm extremely frustrated that I have to ask for help again and again. After today's vet bill the rescue has less than $300.
Lafayette pooped last night (I found some on the blanket this morning) but I took him in anyway and there was way more. Putting him on Miralax.
Well, at least once Mickey's on pills I won't have to give her shots every day!
It's Don Omar, Danny Boy, and Desmonia's 2nd birthday. I will dump treats and nip down then go have a good, hard cry so I don't internally combust.
