Posting super late as I was hunched over for 5 hours today making memorial keepsakes for the service Saturday.
If you were a Girl Scout you know what a SWAP is. I got overwhelmed making them because they're what Riley would have made as a SWAP.
Gia is being "groomed" for the therapy: I turn on the machine and let it run without trying to use it on him. He's behaving well so far. No mouth breathing today either.
Possum is about the same. He moved around a little more but I'm still not sure. He's eating fine, has no fever, and rolls for belly rubs.
Jolene is still favoring her paw. Maybe needs a round of steroids. But she will still walk on it. I'll ask the vet on Tuesday.
Mickey is as amazing as Markus! She's thriving and playing like a normal kitten! Still mostly good for her shots and now as big as her sister!
Mo is doing great! He wants out to explore so I hold him several times a day. Hopefully his SNAP test is clear and he can start the meet and greet process with gen pop Wednesday.
Thank you so much for the food donations! It really helps with saving money for the vet. Anything helps and I appreciate every penny, can of food, and share you can give. The year has been a used litter show but I'm hoping it's all turning around.
I continue to ask because of the FIP treatment and labs. I didn't expect to be doing 2 sets of labs a month. It was all supposed to be over next month with Markus but will go on longer with Mickey. And she'll need more vials next month or sooner depending on weight gain.
Lots of vetting this week. So, yeah, anything helps. I still have to buy litter ($8.50 a bag with Jace's discount) and a couple cases of canned wet food.
Sharing is caring!
Be pawsome! Do pawsome! This is the way.
