I'm going to try to get Sugar in at the vet today.
Something is wrong.
She's lost some weight, I can feel her spine, she's lethargic. I put her on the couch next to me and she hasn't moved but she's purring. Usually she would swat other cats away but she's not even doing that. Her respiration is up as well.
Sugar is only 4 year old and FIV+. She's Pepper's mom. I rescued them both last year. Pepper got adopted but Sugar stayed because no one wanted an FIV+ cat. She has pellets in her from being shot. She had a family before and she was put out in the street.
So I'm just waiting for the vet to open. I know they have to run blood work because of her condition but I just hope I can get her in on a Saturday.
