Gia was almost weaned off of oxygen.
The vet walked by his cage and saw him mouth breathing and respiration was over 70.
He's back on 40% oxygen.
I have a new estimate for treatment until 8am tomorrow. This is the hail Mary. A last ditch effort to turn him around. The vet on duty right now went through the exact same thing with her own cat in April so I know she's treating him as her own.
If he can't be weaned off oxygen tomorrow.... Well, it's endgame.
I know some people probably don't understand why I'm spending so much on one cat that may lose his battle anyway but I can't just take one shot only. If this doesn't work nothing will and he will be set free.
So I continue to try to raise funds. Please don't feel bad if you can't donate! I have always understood that everyone has their own situations and I get it! But if you have $5 to spare it helps, I promise.
Gia has been a miracle goblin for 4 years and 10 months. If that's all he gets, I have to accept it because I will never force him to live for my emotions. Besides, he can't live in an oxygen chamber forever.
I'm going to see him tonight. I pray for more time but I also know that this may be his time to journey. I am realistic about the situation and as much as I hurt I have to be selfless in the decision.
Jessikat's angelversary is tomorrow.....
Help however you can. Pray to whoever, send good thoughts, light a candle, cast a spell for Baby Goblin.
