Mickey is home and I was right; eosinophilic granuloma aka rodent ulcers.
I didn't know her tongue had ulcers! 😫
She got Convenia and dex shots. She's never had any allergy problems so hopefully this will clear her up. If not, we'll try foods and I do have Atopica on hand.
