I hate being right but at least I'm not surprised.
Starting treatment tonight. 2 shots a day for 3 days then wean down to 1. 6 more months of FIP. I wish this wasn't real but I am so thankful for the meds that can cure her.
Good points are that she's still eating and relatively normal in behavior. Her belly has just now started to get fluid so it's not bad. She hasn't gained any weight since she was spayed months ago but she also hasn't lost any. I caught it early.
If anyone can help with medication (I have some to start) PayPal or Zelle info@tuxieslegacy.org with FIP in notes. Anything helps. Sorry to keep asking but rescue means asking.
And I'm never sorry for saving a cat from this vicious disease.
