28/02/2024 Crew Update

Hazel has been dropped off for her spay.

All good thoughts for an uneventful surgery.

Riley is 2 shots in. Last night she was really good. This morning...not so much but it got done. She's going to realize soon that this is a daily thing and probably won't be very cooperative.

Andre is still limping. Johnny isn't coming out to eat. It never ends. I'll text the vet about Andre but Johnny will probably have to go for a visit. And I'll probably have to take Andre for x-ray.

I did post auction items this morning. Gilbert's auction ends March 5th so go check them out and maybe win a cool item! All funds go to all the vet bills!

I'm blown away by how much vetting has been needed since October of last year. It's been non-stop with one thing after another. But what's the point of saving them if I don't give them the best medical possible? I can't get cheap when it comes to their health.

My own health has been a problem for 3 weeks but the majority of the pain is gone. Now I just have to maintain myself and not overdo anything.

Anything you can do to help the rescue and, maybe, get us ahead is appreciated. I thank everyone for the food donations! They've been coming in daily and really help save existing funds for the vet bills.

Anything, at any time, helps to continue the rescue and provide the best possible for all the cats that were thrown away, neglected, looked over. The forgotten felines at Tuxie's Legacy thank you for caring and supporting them.

So do I.
